Artwork Specifications for Custom Labeling
You can design your own label or we can design it for you.
Label printing capability
1 color, 2 color, 3 color or 4 color process
The label must include the following information:
- Name and Address of the Manufacturer, Distributor or Packer. Default: Alexa Springs, Inc. Mt Ida, AR 71951
- Source: Alexa Springs, Mt. Ida, AR
- Contents: Natural Spring Water
- A phone number of your choice -or- Alexa Springs' Customer Service line: 1 800 527 2878
- Volume: 0.5L (1 PT, 0.9 FL OZ) -or- 16.9 FL OZ (500 ml)

Production Specifications:
- Set you Illustrator, PhotoShop, or Quark document size to the TRIM size: 8.25" X 2.50"
- Art must bleed 1/8" on all sides beyond the trim.
- The 3/8" on the left side is an overlap/glue area. Background color and/or art must bleed through this area; but, no text, logos, barcodes... etc.
- PC or Mac:
- Illustrator EPS 2400 dpi
- PhotoShop PSD 2400 dpi preferred, minimum 600 dpi
- PhotoShop TIF 2400 dpi preferred, minimum 600 dpi
- Quark PDF 2400 dpi preferred, minimum 600 dpi
- Other file types can be reviewed on a case by case basis with a preferred minimum resolution of 600 dpi but, no less than 360 dpi.
Getting Artwork to Alexa Springs:
- Upload your files, E-Mail (Files must be compressed and saved as ".ZIP" or ".SIT"), Mail on CD, or Personally Deliver to Your Alexa Springs Representative.
